The Power of Consistent Promotion
From missed opportunities to a fully booked calendar, here’s how we turned a simple promotion into a big success
Project Overview:
Zen Beauty Temple needed help promoting a special offer for the month. Initially, the client wanted to post the promotion once and include it in a story at the end of the first week. Unfortunately, this didn’t lead to many bookings or enquiries. Together, we shifted gears to create a more consistent and engaging strategy.

This was the initial promotional post shared at the beginning of the campaign. While visually appealing, it was only posted once on the page and shared as a story later that week. Unfortunately, this approach didn’t create enough visibility or urgency, resulting in minimal engagement and few enquiries.
The Challenge:
The primary challenge was making the promotion visible enough to drive bookings. Posting once wasn’t creating the impact needed to capture the audience’s attention.​
The Solution:
We introduced a consistent posting strategy:

Posted the same promotional graphic in the first two weeks.

Added a countdown clock graphic in week three to create urgency.

Designed a ‘Last Chance’ banner for the final week to highlight the time-sensitive nature of the offer.

Each post was shared on the page and in stories weekly, reinforcing the urgency of the offer.



This new approach significantly increased visibility and engagement. More people saw the promotion throughout the month, leading to a substantial increase in bookings and enquiries.
